What we collect
Details you send through the contact form or by email and phone: your name, company, email address, telephone number and whatever you write about your project. For active clients, we also hold billing details and any project data you give us access to.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver contracted work, and issue invoices. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not send newsletters.
Who else sees it
Nobody, except service providers required to run the business: email hosting, website hosting, payment processing and accounting. These providers process data on our instruction only. We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
Client project data
Where an engagement gives us access to your systems or customer data, that access is limited to what the work requires, held under the confidentiality terms in the service agreement, and revoked at handover.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years to meet Ghanaian tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to plinthtechnologiesconsult@gmail.com and expect a reply within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Anonymised, aggregated analytics may be used to count page visits; no individual visitor is identified.
